Adriana Ameigh – Lead Muralist

Hi! I’m Adriana, a Puerto Rican abstract painter, sculptor, and muralist based in North Carolina. With a multicultural background, and a fascination for Caribbean and Southeastern flora and fauna (above and beneath the water’s surface), my artwork incorporates textures and shapes that evoke feelings of joy, playfulness, and tranquility. My murals also feature harmonized vibrant colors and clean linework.

For this mural workshop, I’m thrilled to have my good friend and fellow muralist Olga Deshields join us! She has extensive experience with highly detailed murals and vintage signs, adding new painting techniques to our curriculum!

We’re Excited To Share Our Process With You!

We met at an artist retreat a few years ago and quickly became friends. We bonded over our shared passion for mural painting, exchanging tips and experiences. We’re both passionate about inspiring and empowering artists and creatives, so it didn’t take long before we started talking about teaching and collaboration.

Olga Deshields – Guest Muralist

Hello! I’m Olga, a Russian artist based in Maryland. I am a self-taught muralist, designer, and sign painter who started making art back in 2014. My dynamic and vibrant artwork draws inspiration from nature, history, and my Eastern European heritage. With a special attention to detail, my mission is to transform ordinary spaces into places of imagination and wonder for the viewers to enjoy.

Below are some of the murals and painted vintage signs I have worked on recently. Looking forward to sharing the painting techniques that make this type of work possible!
